Now Hiring - Regional Supervisor - Property Management in Seven Fields, PA

We are seeking an experienced, multi-site Regional Property Manager to cover properties in multiple states. The Regional Property Manager will assist in the development and monitoring of company policies and procedures related to property management; is responsible for training, development, and supervision of Property Managers, and shares responsibility for maintaining the physical asset and performance of assigned properties.

Significant travel is required.

Responsibilities:

• Execution of capital improvement plans.
• Achieve occupancy goals and maximize rental rates.
• Budget oversight, review and operating expense reconciliation.
• Supervise on-site staff including hiring, disciplinary and termination decisions.
• Coordinate with the Property Managers to develop marketing and leasing strategies.
• Train and motivate on-site staff to ensure excellent customer service to residents.
• Review operations at each property to ensure safe and efficient working environment.

Qualifications:

• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in multi-family housing.
• Must be able to thoroughly understand the financial aspects of running a portfolio.

• Must have excellent computer skills and industry software experience.
• An associate’s degree in field (or higher) with an industry specific designation is preferred.
• Excellent management, leadership, communication, organization, time management, and conflict resolution skills.
